The Role:
Our client NCTP is looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager to work initially on a 6month contract based in Gloucestershire. A FULL driving licence is essential  for this role.
Your duties may include:
Extensive experience of designing, introducing and implementing change in a business or public service environment.
Excellent understanding of fundamentals of project control including planning, management of risks and issues, benefits, dependencies, budget, resources.
Extensive experience of research, problem solving and options development, using a range of project and analytical tools and techniques.
Working collaboratively with departments/organisations/external partners and able to demonstrate good stakeholder management skills (including negotiating and influencing).

The Candidate:
You will be an experienced Project Manager with ideally 5-10+ years within the Public Sector arena.
You will be qualified to Degree level. Also hold Prince2.
You should have excellent communication skills both written and oral.
You should have excellent 'people skills.'
You will be familiar with Microsoft and other packages. 

As per the amended intermediaries’ legislation (IR35); this assignment is deemed to be a Public Sector off Payroll Assignment inside IR35 for Tax and NI.
This assignment therefore can only be offered via; a tax compliant Umbrella Company
