The Role:
Our client the National Counter Terrorism Policing HQ is Providing Support across a number of key initiatives in the London area around Terrorism, Domestic Extremism and similar.  They require a number of Project Managers to join the delivery team in Westminster, Central London 
Duties:
Day to day maintenance of programme and project management initiatives via deployment on London based Change Projects on the policing network.
Assisting with business change project delivery on the London Policing Network.
Responsibility for project plans, risk and issue registers, tracking and monitoring updates, managing escalations and effective change control.
Managing end-to-end project delivery of specific package as directed by Senior Project Manager or Programme Manager.
Liaising with specialists in dedicated PMO offices and implementation of process and standards as defined by the Portfolio Office of Excellence.
Facilitating and Coordinating relevant workshops and training, and project management end products.
Support with consistent high quality, accurate and relevant programme and project governance products such as delivery RAG, project plans, dependancy logs, benefits realisation and similar.
Maintaining summaries of resources including organisation charts and trackers.
Assisting with Budget Control and maintaining status reports.
Supporting establishment of change control request (CCR) template and process and ensuring future adherence, audit and effectiveness.

The Candidate:
You will hold mimimum SC Clearance.
Previous exposure and experience in a professional Local Government, Security or Policing Environment agency is desirable.
Experience of working within a Project & Programme Environment.
Experience of establishing and implementing reporting and change control mechanisms in a project, program or business environment.
Knowledge of MSP and PRINCE2 process and protocol in related projects.
Good analytical, interpersonal, communication, facilitation and decision making skills.

As per the amended intermediaries’ legislation (IR35); this assignment is deemed to be a Public Sector off Payroll Assignment inside IR35 for Tax and NI.
This assignment therefore can only be offered via a tax compliant Umbrella Company
