Project Manager – (Construction); 3mths + contract, Yorkshire, c£540/day (umbrella)

Project Manager – Construction to lead on projects allocated and drive through to successful achievement of key programme milestones.

Duties will Included:
Leading on projects allocated and driving through to successful achievement of key programme milestones.
Management of financial data to ensure accurate expenditure and forecasts are maintained up to date. Management of the level 4 infrastructure plan for a number of infrastructure projects.
Management of the local risk register and issues log, escalating where necessary those that cannot be managed locally within a package area.
Work with Programme Cost Reduction team and external suppliers to implement cost reduction measures, monitoring the progress on a quarterly basis.
Complete local monthly progress reports across the time, cost and quality spectrum.

The Candidate:
You will be an experience Project Manager – Construction/Building with APMP or other Project Management qualification

Your experience will Include:
Project Management of Construction/Building projects, Management of financial data and local risk register.

As per the amended intermediaries’ legislation (IR35); this assignment is deemed to be a Public Sector off Payroll Assignment inside IR35 for Tax and NI.
This assignment therefore can only be offered via; a tax compliant Umbrella Company or on a PAYE basis.
