Project Manager – Harrogate, Minor works, 4 month Contract c£500.00/day
Key Skills: Minor Works, Mechanical and Electrical, Maintenance and Repair NB. SC Level Clearance is essential for this role.

The Role:
Project Manager – Minor Works required to undertake the management and procurement of repairs, planned maintenance, refurbishment & infrastructure installation projects.
The role involves the tracking, monitoring and updating of work status with Contractors to ensure customer expectations and agreed completion dates are met.
You will be responsible for providing support in delivering the environmental, health & safety, estate compliance and assurance portfolio to the client’s requirements.
In addition you will be responsible for liaising and coordinating with key internal and external stakeholders in a multi discipline environment.

The Candidate:
You will have a min of 5 years experience in Project Management and be qualified to HNC level in an a engineering discipline.
You will have experience in mechanical, electrical or construction environment encompassing facility/ infrastructure maintenance, repairs, minor new works & small projects (B&CE or M&E experience).
Good verbal and written communication skills are essential.
