Overview:
Wilde Recruitment Ltd are looking to recruit a number of Project Managers to work on a 7 month contract - WFH / London.
As a Project Manager your responsibilities and duties will include:
Responsible for successful project planning and delivery, in a timely and cost effective manner, to meet key business and programme milestones.

Effective collaboration with the wider programme team stakeholders, and business resources in a ‘mixed economy’ model to enable successful delivery of project deliverables and outcomes within agreed timescales and budgets.

Effectively manage risks and issues to ensure delivery is successful and escalate early when there are impacts to other projects, workstreams or stakeholders.
Engagement with programme team members, the business and suppliers.

Provide input to the broader Operating Model [OMOD] work stream regarding impacts and implications of project related decisions and delivery approaches e.g. business impacts.

Facilitate change management for business processes that will be managed within the target functions.

Support the development of the detailed target operating model products as relates to the project (e.g. process guides, decision rights, governance) to ensure they align and integrate with the Service Function and Business Support Function.

Ensure delivery aligns to key milestones – especially major functional releases (R3/R5) and the business calendar of events.

Ensure an effective approach to change management,

Production of quality, timely, pertinent ‘good practice’ project management products and controls e.g. project plans, RAIDO logs, reporting.

Effective management of project dependencies.

Good communicator, team player and ability to manage set activities to agreed timescales.

Candidate:
You MUST be a sole British National.
SC Cleared / Security Cleared.
Experienced Project Manager in the Public Sector.
