Project Manager

Project Manager - WFH - Duration 3 months - Rate c £500/day umbrella.

Wilde Recruitment Ltd are working along side BEIS in order to recruit a number of Project Managers to work from home initially on a 3 month contract.
As a Project Manager your duties and responsibilities will include:
Work as part of the Business Change team to:

Take the lead on work packages and accountable for delivery, milestones and reporting
Adhere to project governance and processes embedded in the PMO project lifecycle
Create project plans and subsequent maintenance of plans throughout the duration of the projects
Provide regular risk and issues monitoring
Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of project progress, performance to schedule and performance to budget
Present progress updates, health checks and gateway reviews
Deliver consistent quality across all project documentation, including highlight reports
Proactively flag successes, concerns, risks and resource requirements to the Accountable Owner
Build good working relationships with stakeholders at all levels, setting realistic expectations, maximising co-operation and ensuring tight deadlines are met
Work with the change and engagement team and agree communication strategies for each project and identify dependencies
Manage the change process throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure that the projects are delivered successfully through to BAU and the documentation and support structure is in place, where applicable.

Person Specification:
Essential -
Degree level qualification or equivalent experience e.g demonstrable Project management experience
Prince2, Agile or P3O qualification is desirable

Essential –
Project management experience
Working knowledge and experience of structured project methodologies including formal project tracking and reporting and a good understanding of project lifecycles
Proven ability to build effective working relationships with third party suppliers, technical teams and stakeholders at all levels
Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing deadlines at the same time

Desirable –
Experience in public sector organizations

Excellent communication and organisational skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
Strong organisational and time management skills
Self-awareness and a high level of professionalism

You will be an experienced Project Manager.
5-10 years exp.
