Project Manager – Buildings/Property required to assist the Group FM Portfolio team with the delivery of the capital projects programme, to ensure that the client maintains their buildings so as to achieve compliance and provide a safe efficient place of work
Duties will include:
The main responsibilities of the role will be to project manage identified projects from start-up to closure, including all associated tasks.
This will include reporting on progress using the FM portfolio reporting mechanisms.
The Delivery of projects at pace focusing on outcomes, while acknowledging the FM Portfolio processes.
You will be a qualified Project Manager with experience of Building and Property refurbishment/maintenance projects ideally gained in the public sector or similar.
You will be educated to HNC/Degree level in a relevant subject (Building, Construction, Quantity Surveying).
In addition, you will be experienced in PRINCE2 methodology
You will have extensive experience in Project Managing the delivery of construction/maintenance type projects
You will have an awareness of H & S legislation, in relation to construction/maintenance type projects
Your experience will include liaising with stakeholders and have strong customer engagement skills.
