The Role:
The client the MoD DIO (Defence Infrastructure Organisation) requires a Project Manager – Construction to provide effective management, motivation, co-ordination and development of project teams to deliver a portfolio of projects to time, cost, quality and performance parameters.
Projects include: the Catterick Integrated Care Centre, the Mechanised Infantry Vehicle centre at Kirkcudbright and the upgrade of Training Areas at Kirkcudbright.  

The Candidate:
You will be an experienced Project Manager – Construction with previous experience gained on defence related Construction and Infrastructure projects. 
In addition, you will ideally have knowledge of the NEC3 Form of contract, MS Project and risk management.
You will be qualified to HNC/HND or higher in a Construction, Infrastructure or an engineering related discipline. 
In addition, Membership to a professional body or institution and a project management qualification is desirable.
NB. SC level Clearance is essential for this role.
