Overview:
Wilde Recruitment Ltd are working alongside a local consultancy and local authority in order to recruit a number of Project Managers to work on 12month contracts - work from home (WFH).
As a Project Manager you will be responsible for managing the delivery of Cycling Improvement/Projects to time and budget

  • Produce progress reports
  • Drive programs
  • Stakeholder management
  • Decision making, issue management
  • Manage cash flows, budgets and risk management

Values of schemes vary from £c0.5-8m value.
You will have industry experience with prior PM experience ideally on regen/two centre enhancement projects.

Candidate:
You will be qualified to HND / Degree / Chartered level and will ideally hold a Project Management Qualification.  
You will be an experienced Project Manager with proven experience in the delivery of cycle infrastructure and/or highway schemes.

  • You will have a track record of delivering projects to time, cost and standards
  • Demonstrable experience of developing effective working relationships with delivery partners and stakeholders.
  • Experience in successful management of projects, using project management techniques.
  • Experience of compiling clear and concise technical and non-technical reports for a range of political, professional and lay-person audiences.
  • Experience of dealing with projects that impact on the general public and other multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience of working in the public sector is desirable as is proven experience of stakeholder engagement and multi-agency working.
