Project Manager - Passive House Hotel Construction

Our latest project involves the construction of a state-of-the-art hotel built on passive house standards, setting new benchmarks for sustainable hospitality.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the construction of our passive house hotel project. The successful candidate will lead a dedicated team of professionals to ensure the timely and successful completion of the project while adhering to strict passive house standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the construction project, from planning and budgeting to execution and close-out.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met.
- Implement passive house principles throughout the construction process to achieve maximum energy efficiency and sustainability.
- Monitor project progress and performance against established benchmarks, making adjustments as necessary to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and communication among project team members.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing construction projects, preferably in the hospitality or commercial sector.
- Strong knowledge of passive house principles and sustainable construction practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
