Overview:
Wilde Recruitment Ltd are looking to recruit a Project Manager to work on a local long term contract in Manchester.
As a Project Manager your duties/responsibilities will include:
Project Manager who will develop, manage and successfully deliver complex, high value housing development and delivery projects as part of the This City housing delivery programme. The role holder will take direct responsibility for the successful delivery of a range of elements, to specified levels of time, budget and quality which will be defined by the This City Strategic Programme Board.
 
Candidates will need to have experience in housing related projects, preferably the co-ordination of new build activities. The role will involve undertaking a number of different activities simultaneously which all have varying degrees of interdependencies, so the ideal candidate will have the ability to working in a fast paced environment and be adaptable to change. Experience of working in a political environment would be beneficial give the high Council priority This City is for both The Leader and Executive Member. It is to be noted that this is not a leadership role, the post holder will be a member of a wider team and be accountable to the Head of Commercial Governance on a day to day basis.
 
It is to be noted that the role is working n the emerging wholly owned Housing Delivery Vehicle. Therefore, candidates will need to have an understanding and awareness of the role and function Council owned housing companies.
 
Technical requirements (Role Specific) Prince 2 or Association of Project Managers (AMP) qualification would be advantageous but not essential

Candidate:
You will be an experienced Housing Project Manager.
5-10 years exp.
