Overview / Role:
Wilde Recruitment Ltd are working with a firm of consultants in order to recruit a QS / Cost Consultant to work on a contract basis initially for 6 months+ based in Wigan.
The project is a local Cycle Scheme - which have a construction value of c£9M.
The work would involve:
Preparing Budget Cost Estimates.
Bills of Quantities.
Advising on Risk Management / Values.
Understanding of NEC Construction Contracts.
MCHW method of measurement.
Recognise that Health & Safety considerations are central to the task and ensure a safe working environment for all.
Maintain an accurate Cost Allocation for the project.

The Candidate:
You will be an experienced QS / Cost Consultant.
You should be suitable qualified with professional organisations.
You will have Cycle Schemes experience.
