Quantity Surveyor - 3 month Contract - Folkestone - c£350/day Ltd

The Role:
Our client BBUK Rail is looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to work at Folkestone initially for 3 months+ on a contract basis.
Your duties will include:
Change Management 
Dispute resolution 
Sub-Contractor Procurement 
Cost Control & Budget Management 
Cost Management & Forecasting 
Stakeholder engagement 
 
The Candidate:
You will be an experienced Quantity Surveyor with 10/15 years Commercial experience exposure. 
You will ideally be a member of RICS / CICES.
You will have excellent communication skills - written and oral.
You will have experience of working on Large scale projects/ value £20m and above  
You will have experience of Financial and Commercial Control in a project environment
