Quantity Surveyor: 6 mths plus Contract – rate £350/d - Sandiacre - Nottinghamshire
KEY Skills: Quantity Surveyor; QS, Tenders, Estimating, Value Modelling 

The Role:
Quantity Surveyor to compile proposals for Hiring out of plant.
Will be involved in Pre contract through to Post Contract.
Developing and writing proposals (or formal tenders), estimating, value modeling, delivering job through to contract administration and close out.
The candidate will be able to lead and manage a successful team, motivate, be part of team development, delegate activities as required and ensure the team continues to run smoothly and be able to part of the delivery of the commercial services required to make the Plant business a success

The Candidate:
Strong proven QS background
Positive Attitude  
Excellent Work Ethic & Attention to detail
Good Team Player – must have the ability to Integrate and Interact with all team members and stakeholders
