The Role:
Quantity Surveyor required to join the MoD (Ministry of Defence) Defence Infrastructure Organisation to provide Quantity Surveying advice

Duties:
The role requires strategic cost modelling and QS advice with engagement of Local Authorities, Front Line Commands and Head Office, initially focussing on Providing advice, support and guidance to colleagues on Quantity Surveying related issues including: Benchmarking, Value Management / Value Engineering, Whole Life Costs, Risk Analysis / Estimating and Management, Value for Money, Contractual Claims, Changes and Disputes.

The Candidate:
You will be an experienced Quantity Surveyor qualified to degree/HND level in Quantity Surveying or Construction and have Chartered Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS/FRICS)

Due to the nature of the work and duration candidates need to hold current SC clearance.
