The Role:
The MoD’s Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO) requires a Quantity Surveyor to assist the Service Delivery Accommodation (SDA) partner in the delivery of Service Family Accommodation (SFA) programme.
This key programme manages improvements to the housing provided to service personnel (over 50,000 residences), and has an annual budget approaching £100m.

Duties will involve:
The successful Quantity Surveyor will be reviewing & agreeing tender proposals as required to meet the programme, providing cost estimate and cost advice as required, and reviewing contract amendments and variations, milestone completions, and associated financial reporting/accounting.

The Candidate:
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics or similar.
OR
The ability to demonstrate significant recent Quantity Surveying/Cost Management type experience.
MUST have current and active SC (Security Check) and be able to provide details of the clearance sponsor.
Full UK driving licence.
