The Role:
Our client Babcock is looking to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor to work on a number of AIRPORT projects - office base Leicester and Heathrow as a main site.
Your duties will include:
Ability to review client contracts (NEC3 option A, C, E), ensure compliance to them.
Be able to identify and manage project risks. 
Identify and manage project changes. 
Create commercial contracts with supply chain. 
Be a key member of our project delivery team. 
Have the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and be a good team player 
Must hold a current CSCS Card 

The Candidate:
You will be an experienced Quantity Surveyor with several years experience.
You must currently hold a current CSCS Card.
Experience on Airport Projects - ADVANTAGEOUS!
