The Role:
Our client is a well established London-based consultancy offering core services in construction and engineering project management, surveying, CDM, design and facilities management.
Due to a recent key figure retiring, they now seek a replacement Director level person to work as second in command to their current Cost Management Services Lead.
You will be involved across a variety of projects working on behalf of clients that need services in budgets and cost management, as well as managing more junior members of QS staff, and also generating new work and nurturing assignments from the current client base.
Current sectors within the business include government, offices, heritage, leisure, retail, education and residential.

The Candidate:
You will be expected to have exemplary skills relating to lifecycle costing, budgets, cost management, contract, procurement and all other consulting cost management services.
Degree in Quantity Surveying
Consultancy Practice or Construction Management Background
Experience within the built environment, commercial, hospitality, retail, leisure, residential
Able to run a team of Quantity Surveyors
Able to generate work via Business Development Skills
Capable as an outright QS
