6 month contract for a Quantity Surveyor, based at RAF Wyton Cambridge on housing projects, up to £423 / day

The Role:
Undertake reviews and comment on pricing strategy adopted by National Housing Prime (NHP) contract and other housing contacts /projects.
Provide general quantity surveying advice relating to financial information, including providing cost.
Planning and cost control advice.
Assist with undertaking fraud and QA audits.
Review and provide reports on pricing assumptions on change proposals.
Undertake reviews and analysis of additional services including evaluating proposals in terms of pricing build up, value for money, risk transfer and numerical accuracy.

The Candidate:
Qualifications ONC/HND prefer degree in quantity surveying or building/construction.
Experience within housing background possibly having worked within a housing association.
Reporting on milestone payments to contractors and cost reporting.
Experience in the production of post project evaluations.
