We are currently recruiting for an experienced Receptionist/Administrative Assistant at our Stockport office to assist the Office Manager with day-to-day ongoing administrative work for the Wilde Group of companies (Wilde Analysis, Wilde Consultants and Wilde Recruitment). 
This is an important role in the organisation which will involve general office duties, word processing and reception duties. 

The Role:
Reception duties – telephone and office reception work, being the “public face” of the office.
Office Administration – word processing, spreadsheets and databases, filing etc.
Communications – both internal and external communications, via telephone, internet, email and social networks.
Supporting others – supporting the Office Manager and other technical/professional staff

The Candidate:
Will ideally have 1 to 2 years’ experience in a similar working environment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good team working skills
Positive and pro-active approach to successful achievement of tasks
Good organisational and time management skills
Computer skills and experience of using Word, PowerPoint and Excel etc.
