The Role:
Senior Architectural Technician/Architectural Assistant required with retail sector experience for a busy Architectural practice to work on a portfolio of interesting and exciting projects within the retail sector. 

The role will include: undertaking feasibility studies for new site developments.
Developing new feasibility studies through planning and detailed design, delivering solutions via modular construction.
Technical development of refurbishment / extension projects utilising various construction techniques
Working in a client facing/job running role

The Candidate:
You will be a Senior Architectural Technician/Architectural Assistant with previous experience of new build, extension and refurbishment projects in the retail sector, preferably gained working on projects based in the UK.
You should be experienced in the UK construction industry including Planning and Building Regulations.
You will have a minimum HNC level qualification.

This role is available on a long term contract basis; however our client may also consider those interested in a permanent staff role.
