The Role:
Our client, the Defence Infrastructure Organisation requires two security-cleared Senior Buyers to review and resolve issues with existing contracts, as well as identify further issues both current and future.
There are two possible locations; RAF Wyton in Cambridgeshire or Colchester Garrison, with slightly different responsibilities between each site.

Duties will involve:
Specific details are site dependant, but both roles are heavy on contract management and resolving associated issues which are currently in place.

The Candidate: 
Applicants must have current SC (Security Check) clearance since these are sensitive MoD sites.
Additionally, you’ll have strong stakeholder engagement skills, as well as in-depth knowledge of EU procurement regulations and associated change processes.
The Wyton role revolves around the management of seven PFI housing contracts, therefore PFI experience would be extremely favourable.
The Colchester role is based on the garrison there, so strong character and experience or knowledge of Army protocol and hierarchy.
Both positions require experience of working on large, complex contracts.
