Senior Contracts Manager: Contract, Leeds, Duration: at least 3-months, Rate: £400/day umbrella

Our Public Sector Client are looking for a Leeds-based interim Senior Contracts Manager to involve leading procurement and contract management activity for office solutions contracts across the department.
Duties will involve:
This role will involve leading procurement and contract management activity for office solutions contracts which include stationery, post and courier, print and document storage services.
Assessing the existing commercial landscape and looking at the impact on programme delivery.
Prioritising, designing and implementing approaches which ensure effective delivery of the right outcome for the department.
This will include leading on the negotiation of contract extensions and delivering a number of call-off contracts from existing framework agreements.
Working collaboratively with key stakeholders to implement standard contract management practices for key contracts including robust governance and performance management.
Acting as primary point of contact between the incumbent suppliers and the department.
You will ideally hold CIPS membership and be degree-qualified, with at least five years’ experience of high-level supplier and contract management within the public sector.
