Senior EC&I Engineer; 12 Months Contract; Stockton-on-Tees; Rate c£35-£45.0/hr

The Company/Role/Duties:
The BEP EPC project will safely design and deliver a Plant and the works in accordance with the requirements of the contract to enable conditioning of wastes from the various donor plants,
The work will be carried out in line with the Employer’s needs and to the satisfaction of stakeholders in the BEP project.
The project is executed from a number of locations. Liaison will be required with all the Project team members in the offices in Stockton-On-Tees, Birchwood, Westlakes and Chorley.
Responsible for delivery of EC&I design & engineering for area systems. Will be responsible for production of design documentation as well as checking the work of other engineers & designers.

The Candidate:
Degree qualified or demonstrable equivalent underpinning knowledge & understanding.
Minimum 5 years’ experience of working within a highly regulated industry.
Detailed CE&I design of mechanical handling plant and equipment
Design of PLC based control systems (SIDD, CONCISE knowledge is preferred)
Supply chain (Vendor) support
Experience of Sellafield Ltd or other nuclear projects is preferred
Competent with Microsoft Office software.
Familiar with software used by the C, E & I discipline including AMTECH and the AVEVA Electrical and Instrumentation packages is desirable.
