Overview
Wilde Recruitment Ltd are working along side BEP BB in order to recruit a Senior EC&I Engineer to work on a long term contract in Warrington.
As a Senior EC&I Engineer your duties and responsibilities will include:
 
The BEP Joint Venture project will safely design and deliver a Plant and the works in accordance with the requirements of the contract to enable conditioning of wastes from the various donor plants, carried out in line with the Employer’s needs and to the satisfaction of stakeholders in the Box Encapsulation Project (BEP).
This primary role is to support the development and review of O&M manuals for packaged equipment/machinery, as well as the development of CE technical files and the review of Commissioning Test documents. This will require coordination with Engineering teams responsible for the designs.
 
This role will also be responsible for the management of key project activities where cross delivery stream and discipline aspects require coordinating, such as responding to Fault Observations and the close out of Design changes.
 
Flexibility to accept new duties as assigned by the Engineering Manager, as the project develops from detail design through to commissioning, including the responsibility for delivery of EC&I design and engineering for area systems, including the production of design documentation as well as checking the work of other engineers & designers.
 
 
Degree qualified or demonstrable equivalent underpinning knowledge & understanding.
Minimum 5 years’ experience of working within a highly regulated industry.
Awareness of current standards, regulations, legislation and technical developments.
Ability to provide technical input and produce technical deliverables.
Nuclear experience preferred working on Sellafield Ltd projects.
