The Role/Company:
Privately owned, award winning Building Services Consultancy, has an exciting opportunity and are looking to recruit a Senior Electrical Building Services Engineer on a permanent basis in Leeds West Yorkshire. 
National company having several locations employing 100 employees.

Expected Duties:
Undertake feasibility studies.
Undertake building dilapidation surveys and prepare associated reports.
Preparing load calculations and applying for utility connections.
Assist with the production of concept design development.
Understand the requirements of Building Regulations Part L and BREEAM.
Attend design team and project meetings.
Undertaking sub-contractor design drawing and technical submission reviews.
Undertaking site quality and legislative inspections and prepare associated reports.
It would be an advantage if the candidate had experience in HV design, although not essential.

The Candidate:
You will be an Electrical Building Services Engineer with at least 7-10years experience.
You will be qualified to HND/Degree/Chartership level or have relevant experience.
You will have excellent communication skills - written & oral.
