The Candidate / Role:
Ability to take an active role in supervising and training junior engineers
Experience in leading building projects of various sizes, taking an active role in project leadership and client facing activity. 
In-depth technical knowledge of all aspects of mechanical engineering, particularly in commercial, residential and development sectors.
Client facing with the ability to present and communicate designs to clients and external design team.
Leading on the coordination of mechanical engineering services
Ability to understand and formulate design decisions
Creative and resourceful in problem solving

Desired Skills and Experience:
Building services qualification with strong experience, working in designing income utilities, above-ground drainage, water services, gas, CHW, LTHW, air conditioning, ventilation, and controls (BMS) systems.
HevaComp software for sizing pipework and ductwork
IES Virtual Environment Thermal Modelling Software for Part L and Section 6 Compliance
NBS for producing Specifications
Be able to produce simple to understand written correspondence, such as letters to clients, reports, specifications and PQQs in response to OJEUs.
