They are recruiting a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join an existing and vibrant team based in Chester on a long term basis.

Summary: Senior Mechanical Engineer.
They are looking for a good problem solver and effective communicator, who possesses flexibility, initiative and who will enjoy a full and varied role.
Ideally candidates should have achieved Chartered Engineer status with around 6 to 8 years’ experience of working in a design office environment. 
As a Senior Mechanical Engineer you should have experience of running larger multi-discipline design projects including programming and resource planning as well as the ability to prepare, review and approve calculations, reports, drawings and design briefs relating to pipe work and process plant installations.
Our workload is an extremely varied one and there are opportunities to become involved with some challenging projects within the water, chemical, nuclear and power sectors.

The Candidate:
You will be an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer with at least 5-10 years experience with a pipework and process plant history. 
Ideally Chartered although not essential.
