Senior Project Manager; London & Liverpool; 6 Month Contract; £500.00/day

The Role: 
Project Manager to work for the Charity Commission who is currently in the third year of a 3 year transformation programme that will significantly enhance the way that it operates.
The programme is structured into 5 Workstreams and as Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for leading at least one of these workstreams. 
The workstreams include a mixture of business and IT change being delivered via internal and 3rd party suppliers. 
The role encompasses both IT and business change in each of the 5 workstreams. 
You will be working on the risk based workstream- investigating matters pertaining to fraud, money laundering, terrorism etc.
NB. The Senior Project Manager will be expected to travel as and where the work dictates.

The Candidate: 
You will be an experienced Senior Project Manager, preferably with experience of working in a regulatory environment. 
You will be flexible with the ability to pick up other workstreams where required. 
Prince 2 (essential)
Experience of developing improvements to risk based decision-making processes to improve efficiency and outcomes
Risk and Regulatory experience
Experience of translating strategic business planning into an operating model 
Delivery of IT system with integration with external bodies/agencies/companies 
Coaching and mentoring of permanent staff as part of skills transfer 
Deliver complex projects using a mixture of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. Work with the SRO to define the roadmap for any given product and build the delivery team and plan based on the funding available.
