Senior Quantity Surveyor - 12mth plus contract – Enfield - £26.0/hr (Neg)

The Role: 
Senior Quantity Surveyor to work with the local authority in Enfield on a wide range of projects within the local authority portfolio. 

The Candidate:
You will be an experienced Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) with a thorough knowledge of building economics including cost planning, cost control and an understanding of life cycle cost analysis, together with a working knowledge of JCT construction contracts.  In addition you should have a full understanding of contractual procedures for design, new build, refurbishment and maintenance. 
You will ideally have experience of working in a local authority environment, incl. an understanding of local authority financial regulations, standing orders and processes (generically) 
Experience and capability to act in the role of client’s Quantity Surveyor for medium / large projects is essential; specifically, Quantity Surveyor Services under the RICS Standard Form of Consultant’s Appointment.
