Senior Structural Engineer: Manchester, 6 months contract, £35-38/hr (Umbrella)

The Role:
As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will be working on various projects ranging from £5k to £2m, covering a diverse range of commercial, residential, educational, office and leisure projects.
Duties will involve preparation of designs, drawings and specifications, carrying out risk assessments, conducting structural/defect analysis surveys, project management of jobs and attend site meetings when required.

The Candidate:
You will have experience of working in a structural design office on a variety of commercial, residential, educational, office and leisure projects.
You will ideally be Chartered or carry an equivalent qualification with extensive relevant experience.
Experience of working in a structural design office in either local authority or consultancy environment.
Experience of delivering structural related projects for small to medium sized schemes.
Excellent communication skills in order to liaise with other discipline team members.
Good organisation skills.
