The Role:
Our client is a well developed PQS practice with three Directors, two permanent members of staff and a network of freelance surveyors.  
They are looking to expand their permanent staff base with a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager.
The role would suit someone wanting genuine autonomy with an employer and with aspirations to reach Director level in the near future.

Responsibilities:
Projects will be mostly private sector and based within the buildings environment and include theatres, museums, education, healthcare, residential and be between £5 and £25 million in value.  
You will use CATO Cost Planning and CAD Measure to assist with project delivery and will be responsible for providing a full range of pre and post contract services in and around the London area.

Candidate:
MRICS.
Able to work unsupervised and achieve to deadlines.
Thorough knowledge of cost planning and NRM.
Client facing and able to form long lasting relationships across all stakeholders.
