Are you an experienced leader in site management within the power transmission and distribution sector? We are seeking a dedicated Site Manager to join our team and drive excellence in health and safety, quality, cost control, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

​

- Front line management with a focus on health & safety, quality, cost control, and client satisfaction.

- Supervise and monitor teams to ensure consistent delivery of value and the highest standards.

- Forward plan and program daily work to optimize resource utilization.

- Interface with internal stakeholders including Contracts Managers, Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, Support Functions, Enabling Functions, Project Teams, and Supply Chain.

- Engage externally with Clients, Partners, Subcontractors, and the local community.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

- TP137

- Extensive site management experience in OHL, Cabling, or Substation projects up to 400kV.

- Knowledge of Project Management methodologies.

- Commercial awareness with budgetary and financial control skills.

- Excellent relationship management abilities.

- Comfortable working across conflicting interest groups to develop solutions.

- Proficient in risk assessment methodologies.

- Qualification in IOSH, CDM, or equivalent is desirable.

- City and Guilds NVQ or equivalent certification.
