STRUCTURAL TECHNICIAN - 6month+ CONTRACT - LEEDS - £31/hr - EXCEPTIONAL OFFICES, PARKING + GOOD VARIETY OF WORK

The Role:
To work on own initiative and as part of a team of engineers and technicians.
You will be responsible for developing relevant drawings from engineering sketches.
Working with the engineers to understand and foresee problems within a design and to work with the team to resolve the design and detailing problems.
Accurate and reliable production of project drawings.

The Candidate:
Fully proficient in use of AUTOCAD and REVIT and able to develop drawings from engineering sketches.
Able to demonstrate a capability of problem solving and understanding of the wider engineering context of your drawings.
Experience with reinforced concrete GA’s, detailing and schedules. 
Experience of producing structural steelwork GA’s and understanding details.
Good general knowledge of construction techniques and materials.
