Overview:
Wilde Recruitment Ltd ate working along side DEFRA to recruit a Surveyor to work on a 12month contract in East Anglia.
As a Surveyor your responsibilities and duties may include: 
To assist in rural estate management and to advise clients on Compulsory Purchase, flood alleviation projects and other Capital schemes, Asset rationalisation throughout East Anglia. The role requires providing technical advice and guidance to clients in other estate related areas of work such as valuations and acting as Intelligent Client in overseeing work of external suppliers.

Used to working as part of a team, dealing with a large and individual case load to deliver quality work to tight deadlines. Will need to be experienced in recording time spent on cases for cost charging purposes and delivering value for money.

As a qualified Chartered Surveyor particularly Rural Surveyor. Role will initially be a 12 month contract and the preferred base is Peterborough or Welwyn Garden City. We are currently working remotely, so preference will be for someone within in East Anglia with a knowledge of the area.

Candidate:
You will be an experienced Surveyor.
Ideally MRICS.
Experience of Rural / farmland or commercial projects.
