The Role:
Our client is a leading architectural practice in city centre Manchester.
They are recruiting a Town Planner to join a vibrant growing team.
Your duties may include;
Carrying out planning research and providing guidance to architects and designers.
The preparation of, submission and monitoring of planning applications.
Preparing and producing reports including design and access statements.
Taking the lead as Planning Policy Champion for the practice,

The Candidate:
You will be an experienced Town Planner.
You should have at least 5 - 10 years planning experience in the private sector or public sector.
Ideally qualified or working towards Chartered RTPI status.
You will be capable of working independently supporting Architects and Designers.
Experience within or having worked within Architectural Practice -would be advantageous.
