Leading South Manchester Consultancy seeking a TRAFFIC ENGINEER for local authority projects; 6 Month Contract; £Negotiable

The Role:
You will be working with Traffic Regulation Orders and parking issues, providing support to various partners such as the Emergency Services, Highways England and TfGM.　

The Candidate:
Good knowledge of working with Traffic Regulation Orders and the Traffic Sign Regulations and General Directions 2002 and 2016. 　　
Experience of having worked in highways traffic design within a local authority is beneficial.
A good understanding of the TRO process and the role of the Highway Authority within this process. 　　
Experience of Manchester’s road network is of a considerable benefit.　
Experience of implementing residential schemes in accordance with Manual for Streets would be of value.
