The Role:
Our client requires a Transport Planner on a permanent basis in Manchester; to develop sustainable transport solutions that optimise the release of value to the communities they serve. You will provide input to transport planning and multi-disciplinary projects, contributing to successful project delivery. You will prepare technical reports and other project outputs, writing and contributing to proposals for a variety of project types.

The Candidate:
You will be a Transport Planner with relevant experience in transport planning and skills in development planning, traffic engineering, masterplanning, feasibility studies and sustainable transport planning.
You should have knowledge of junction assessment packages LinSig, TRANSYT, ARCADY and PICADY.
You must have a minimum HND/HNC qualification, preferably a degree in a relevant subject.
