3 Month Contract for a Valuation Surveyor based in London helping deliver the Council's ambitious disposal, acquisition and regeneration programme; c£39/hour

The Role:
Ongoing contract opportunity for a Valuation Surveyor to be based in London.
Ensure provision of acquisitions and disposals within the Property Asset Management Service (PAMS) function.
Negotiation and settlement of Compulsory Purchase Order (CPO) claims.
Valuation advice on disposals and acquisition matters in support of the Council’s asset valuation programme.
Assist in the development and implement of the Authority’s Asset management plan including the city’s medium term disposal programme.
Ensure work is planned, developed and co-ordinated to meet aims and objectives.
Ensure effective communication within team and that all services are carried out in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.

The Candidate:
Member of relevant institution (MRICS/equivalent).
Minimum of 5 years’ experience.
Experience working in asset management planning.
Good communication skills – verbal and written.
Good presentation skills.
