The Role:
Our client - Babcock Naval marine is looking to recruit a VCAS Programme Engineer to work on a contract basis initially for 6months based in Bristol.

The role involves / your duties may include:
Development of technical and project solutions in the delivery of the Submarine Programme Management (Subs PM) department services. Provide project controls support across schedule management, risk and opportunity management, change management and budgeting and cost control. 

Project Management 
Requirements management 
Risk (threats and opportunities) and issues management 
Schedule management 
Governance arrangements 
Business case. 

Engineering 
Naval marine ship design and systems, particularly submarines 
Naval nuclear support arrangements 
Engineering support solutions 
Through life management 
Asset management 
Safety engineering
Production and maintenance of: management plans; processes; risk (threats and opportunity) registers and performance reports. 
Provide customer interface and support on all matters relating to Subs PM programme and technical functions.

The Candidate:
You should have at least 5-10+ years experience working on MOD or Naval Marine Projects.
You will be qualified to HND / Degree / Chartered Level.
